We offer a 30-day 'Groovy Guarantee.' If your plant arrives in poor condition due to shipping stress, simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship during the winter months?
Yes, we ship year-round. During colder months, we monitor weather patterns and include complimentary heat packs for orders traveling to freezing climates to ensure your tropical plants stay warm.
Can I return non-plant items like pots and tools?
Absolutely. Hard goods such as planters, tools, and home decor can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
